Corte LLC guarantees Corte-Clean® to clean composites better than any other single product or your money back (Shipping & handling not included). Proof of purchase of Corte-Clean® and other cleaning product claimed to perform better than Corte-Clean® must be provided to Corte LLC within  3 months of purchase. Before and after clear digital pictures of the composites surface, in the exact same area while wet & dry, along with the date & time of the cleaning must be provided to Corte LLC. A detailed letter describing exactly how Corte-Clean® was used (weather conditions/temperature, equipment used, application process), other cleaner(s), brand (s), and how they were used must be provided to Corte LLC. Clear documented scientific proof must be provided, comparing cleaning results of competing cleaner & Corte-Clean®. Any cleaners or other products used after the use of Corte-Clean® on composite surface void this guarantee unless recommended, given or sold by Corte LLC. Stains caused by other cleaners void this guarantee. All guarantee requested information must be emailed to Corte LLC. Defects in the composite itself are not covered. Weathering issues are not a warranty claim. A Corte LLC employee will determine if refund is applicable, and all decisions are final. Guarantee is null and void where not legal or if any litigation is brought against Core LLC.
