Online Shopping Terms

Payment

Payment for on-line orders may be made by Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit or debit cards. Charges are incurred at the time the order is placed. You will see the charge for your order on your statement with our company name; Corte L.L.C. Inc.

Payment may be made by money order or check. Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the funds have been verified. Make checks payable to: Corte L.L.C. Snail mail the check to:

Shipping

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address in the "Ship To."
 
UPS shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery zip code.

Please contact Corte LLC for all orders to be shipped outside the continental United States.

Corte LLC shall make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of order placement. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, unless it is a holiday. All items ordered on a holiday will ship the next business day.

Returns

Corte LLC. will resend any items that arrive damaged or defective by the shipper. The consumer must email Corte LLC within 24hrs of the delivery to make a claim for damaged items. Items damaged by the shipping company must be reported to Corte LLC. Damaged items should not be physically returned to Corte LLC unless the company requests it. Proof of damage must be supplied in the form of a digital photo emailed to Corte LLC so Corte LLC can file a claim with the shipping company to recover related costs.


Corte LLC. will accept returns of unopened packages but will not pay for return freight. All returned freight is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact Corte LLC for a Return Authorization before shipping the return item(s). The return items must arrive at Corte LLC within 10 days of the receipt date. Items must be in re-sell-able condition. After the returned item(s) are received by Corte LLC, the consumer will be credited for the cost of the product and sales tax (if applicable) by the same method as the original payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders.

Refused Orders

All orders shipped and refused by the customer are the customer's responsibility, including return freight. This includes any fees by the shipper for the refusal of the delivery or disposal of the refused shipment if not returned to Corte LLC. Product refused but not returned to Corte LLC will not be refunded.

Foreign Taxes, Duties, Delivery Charges, Etc.

All taxes, duties, foreign delivery charges, etc. are to be paid by the the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these additional charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the country to which the product is to be shipped and/or the freight company to know what these charges are before ordering from Corte LLC. Refusal to pay taxes, duties, foreign delivery charges, etc. resulting in product not being delivered is the responsibility of the customer.

Returned Check Policy

If paying by check, Corte L.L.C. will not ship product until the check has cleared. Returned checks due to non-sufficient funds will incur a $35.00 returned check fee which the customer will have to pay in addition to the original fees by credit card, money order or cashiers check. If payment is not made with in one week the debt will be turned over to a collection agency.

Disputed Credit Card Policy

If paying by credit card and consumer disputes claim for no fault of Corte L.L.C., Corte L.L.C. will add a $50 charge-back fee when reprocessing the credit card. The fee is to cover lost time by Corte L.L.C. and any fees by the processing bank.

Sales Tax

Appropriate sales tax will be charged on taxable items and shipping charges when these products are shipped to an address in the state of California.

Warranties

Manufacturer's warranty applies. No additional warranties are implied or extended.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled until they are shipped. If you are having any trouble canceling your on-line order, please call our Customer Service office at (415) 924-9500. If the order has been processed or shipped, the purchaser, will be responsible for shipping and return shipping of product. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled orders.

AutoShip Policy

Customers have the right to cancel the AutoShip option at any time for any reason by logging into their account and canceling. Customers can increase or decrease the frequency in which they are billed and receive product from the AutoShip option by logging into their account and adjusting when ever appropriate.
