I used it on a three year old Trex deck covered with mold spots. Applied for 15 minutes, brushed it, reapplied to resistant spots, a bit more brushing and rinsed. The decks looks almost like new. As warned, make sure the product is as new as possible. Recommend purchasing it directly from the company.
